Arnlaug is a former PhD-student at Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center (OSTRC), and led the project “Diagnosis and prognosis of acute hamstring injuries among male athletes”.
The project was a collaboration between Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital, where she worked as Post Graduate Researcher between 2013-2016, and OSTRC. The PhD-project was finalised in 2018.
Arnlaug is a trained physiotherapist with a BSc from the Oslo University College (2007) and an MSc in Sports Physiotherapy from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences (2011).
