Ingrid is part of Team SKADEFRI at Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center
Ingrid has worked as part of a Performing Arts Medicine Project for CREO – federation of performing arts. She has teached classical ballet and been assistant trainer for athletes in rhythmic gymnastics. Ingrid has also worked with clinical population testing at Moloklinikken and as a research assistant at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences /Department of physical performance.
Ingrid completed her master´s degree spring 2022, at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences/Department of physical performance, where she also took her bachelor´s degree in 2020. She has a bachelor’s degree in Classical Ballet from Oslo National Academy of the Arts and previous experience as professional classical ballet dancer.
Ingrid also works at the Norwegian Olympic Center (consultant), the ballet school at the Norwegian National Opera & Ballet (physical trainer), and teaches injury prevention, anatomy and nutrition at Bårdar Danseinstitutt.
